About Me

Hi. My name is Gina Logue.

Me and my dog, Trailer

I was born in Young-kwang (Young-gwang), South Korea, the fifth and youngest child to my parents. Young-kwang is a small town next to the Yellow Sea about 4 hours south of Seoul.

Now I live in the midwest.  I am a Christian woman, married to a ‘Kansas boy’ and have a son.

My favorite Jackie Chan movie is POLICE STORY I. The stunts in this movie is awesome.

My favorite Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers movie is CAREFREE. CALAMITY JANE makes me smile.

The first novelist who hooked me into fictional world was Agatha Christie. As a child, I read several of her books translated in Korean and loved them. When I came to America, I read most of her books in English. One interesting note, the Korean version didn’t translate the word ‘pistol’ as gun but wrote it as it sounds. It took me a while to figure out what ‘pistol’ was.

I write Christian romance in my spare time and belong to a wonderful critique group.

Hi Gina! I saw your comment on Victoria Dixon’s blog and was intrigued. I like your blog a lot! I’m also a member of ACFW (a newbie one) and I’m hoping to join RWA soon.

You’ve got another blog follower in me 🙂

    Hi Dara,
Glad to meet another ACFW member. Are you in the big crit group? What do you write?

I’ll hop over to your blog and check out what you are writing.

    Thanks for stopping by.

Not in the crit group yet. I’m still working on my first draft. I’ll wait until that’s finished before I start submitting, if I do.

Currently writing historical fantasy, but I also have another WiP that’s historical fiction. So I’m pretty much a historical writer 😛 But I think you knew that; I saw that you commented on my current projects on my blog.
